Not only that, but we also offer a full, money back, guarantee of satisfaction. If you aren't happy with any item, for any reason, simply return it and exchange for another item or we will refund your money.

We value your custom and our aim is to please you. We guarantee the merchandise is well manufactured using only top quality materials and sourced from reputable suppliers. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the goods to us in a new unworn condition within 14 days and we will exchange them or if you prefer, refund your money.

Kiniki is committed to the privacy of all its customers. When ordering from us we may use personal information for marketing purposes but if you prefer for us not to send these to you please advise us of this.

Delivery

There is a standard charge of 2.50 for all UK orders (FREE On Orders £35 or more) Once we have received your order we do our utmost to process and despatch in stock items to you within 24 hours, but please allow up to 7 days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Post. For International orders there is a postage surcharge please see International Delivery for further details.

 

Guaranteed 24 hour delivery

For an additional £4.95 charge, we will guarantee express delivery of goods that are in stock by 1.30pm the next working day. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please phone through your order to our operators between 9am and 3.30 Monday to Thursday. This service is currently only available for orders placed online or by phone. UK only.

International Orders

We send our products to customers worldwide! For an order going to an EU country a 5.00 charge will be added, for countries outside the EU a 7.50 charge will be added. These charges are for any number of items in one parcel. The appropriate charge will be automatically added at the checkout section.

Exchanges and Returns

We are always happy to exchange or refund on any items for any reason, please return within 14 days of receipt if possible.
If you need to return or exchange any item please also return the delivery note that came with your order and be sure to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office, just in case the package fails to reach us. The returns form is printed on the back of your delivery note. We do not charge postage when we send exchanged items back to you within the UK
