Not only that, but we also offer a full, money back, guarantee of satisfaction. If you aren't happy with any item, for any reason, simply return it and exchange for another item or we will refund your money.

We value your custom and our aim is to please you. We guarantee the merchandise is well manufactured using only top quality materials and sourced from reputable suppliers. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return the goods to us in a new unworn condition within 7 days and we will exchange them or if you prefer, refund your money.

Kiniki.com is a fully secure site and we're pleased to report that after many thousands of orders there has never been a problem with anybody's credit card details. Privacy

Kiniki will not rent, sell or distribute your personal details to any third party except as necessary for normal business relations e.g. we may give your address to the post office to allow them to deliver your goods. Kiniki is committed to the privacy of all its customers. When ordering from us we may use personal information for marketing purposes but if you prefer for us not to send these to you please advise us of this.

Delivery

There is a standard charge of 2.50 for all UK orders. Once we have received your order we do our utmost to process and despatch in stock items to you within 24 hours, but please allow up to 7 days. All orders are sent by 1st Class Post. For International orders there is a postage surcharge please see International Delivery for further details.

Guaranteed 24 hour delivery

For an additional £4.50 charge, we will guarantee to express delivery your goods that are in stock to you within 24 hours. If you wish to take advantage of this service, please phone through your order to our operators between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday. This service is currently only available for orders placed by phone, before 3pm UK only.

International Orders

We send our products to customer worldwide, please add an additional 10% of total order value to cover extra delivery costs. Payment from outside UK by credit card.

Exchanges and Returns

If you need to return or exchange any item please also return the delivery note that came with your order and be sure to obtain a proof of posting certificate from your post office, just in case the package fails to reach us.
