The material that your underwear is made of may seem relatively inconsequential, but it can mean the difference between a comfortable, barely noticeable layer on your delicate skin, versus irritating, scratchiness that leaves you tugging at your trousers all day long.
Men's underwear can be made from natural and synthetic materials and are generally designed to offer softness, warmth, support, movement, and air flow. Here at Kiniki we believe that our premium underwear range offers the best of both worlds, combining luxury with practicality. The fabrics we use are of the highest quality and are lovingly stitched by our expert seamstresses, who have been in the industry for 35 years.
Here are the fabrics we use in the Kiniki mens underwear collection:
Nylon is an incredibly versatile synthetic fabric with a huge amount of stretch, which makes it fantastic for our sexier styles, such as thongs. Although it is stretchy it does offer a great level of support, so you can be confident your male parts are being taken good care of when you wear pants made of nylon. It is a very durable fabric and is outstanding at holding colour, no matter how many times you wash it, making it perfect for our bright patterns!
Poly Lycra is made of man made fibres and is absolutely amazing at keeping the body cool and refreshed, so underwear made of this is great in the summertime.
Benefits are numerous:
You've just read about Nylon and Lycra so imagine how powerful they are when combined - superhero pants or what?! This super stretchy, supportive fabric fits sleekly and snugly to the body by following the natural contours giving ultimate comfort. A high tenacity construction ensures this fabric is incredibly durable and is capable of withstanding day-to-day wear no matter what you put it through.
Kiniki use cotton sourced from only the highest quality suppliers, which guarantees a premium grade product. A mixture of 95% Cotton and 5% Elastane allows a practical and durable style that keeps it's shape well. Cotton is a natural material, which owing to it's structure can protect against heat in the summer, whilst also retaining warmth, by trapping air between it's fibres, in the winter. Another benefit of cotton is that it is a breathable fabric that will keep your skin dry at all times and it is also known for it's hypoallergenic tendencies, meaning it rarely causes allergic reactions or skin irritations.
