Order Online

Ordering online couldn't be simpler just visit and follow our easy-to-use menus to find what you are looking for.

Add the items to basket and when you are ready to pay you can choose either our checkout gateway, PayPal or Klarna. All are super secure and you don't need a PayPal account.

Don't forget to enter any discount codes when you get to the checkout. For web users the box will be on the right hand side when you enter your address. For mobile users simply click 'View Order Summary' at the top of the page and the drop-down options will appear.

Please note that only 1 code can be applied per order so certain offers cannot be used in combination. Kiniki Koins codes cannot be used in addition to a discount code or volume discount offer for example.

Item not in stock?

Use the 'notify me' box on the product and you will receive an email as soon as that item becomes available.

Please note payments through our online store may appear on your bank statement as JW Walker Ltd and not Kiniki.


Occasionally, when we are launching new products or certain sizes have gone out of stock, we allow customers to pre-order those items before they go on general sale. This reserves the item for you and will be shipped once stock is available.

Please note: orders containing 'Pre-ordered' items will not be shipped until all items are available for dispatch.

Ordering by Telephone

Phone your order through on 01782 611 599 and speak to our super friendly customer service team. You can pay by American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/Switch or PayPal Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm, answer phone outside office hours. Remember to quote your name, address and post-code.
