Exchanges & Returns

Please email admin@kiniki.com in the first instance if you would like an exchange or to return items. The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. We understand this can be expensive so please email us before sending the items back as we may have other options for you.

Our Christmas returns policy is now active. You have until Jan 31st 2022 to return items to us for exchange or refund. Please notify us within this time if you would like to return or exchange any items as we can offer advice on the best way to proceed.

We do not charge postage when we send exchanged items back to you.

If you need to return or exchange any item please also return the delivery note that came with your order and be sure to obtain a proof of postage from your post office, just in case the package fails to reach us. The returns form is printed on the back of your delivery note.

Returns on sale/offer items

If you purchase products in a Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer you will need to return both items to get your refund. Similarly if we offer a free gift with orders over a certain value these items cannot be returned for a refund.

We aim to process returns within 3-5 working days of receipt. Please allow up to an additional 3 working days for the money to show on your account. Refunds will always be returned using the original payment method.

Please make sure that the garment is in as new condition when returning or exchanging.
