We now have IOSS in place to ease the transit of orders between the UK and EU. This means that local taxes and duties are paid upfront on all orders under €150.
Kiniki pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you.
As per Brexit guidelines orders over €150 are still subject to local taxes at the point of entry into the destination and are the responsibility of the customer.
To ensure that no additional payments are due before delivery keep orders under €150, if you want to place an order of higher value please split the order into 2 parts and email admin@kiniki.com to let us know.

We offer DHL EXPRESS delivery for customers who require their order urgently. If your country is eligible for DHL shipping the option will appear when you choose your shipping method along with the price and expected shipment times.
DHL shipping rate vary from country to country and will be displayed and calculated based on your shipping address.
Please note the shipment times are once the order has been processed not from the date the order was placed.
Delivery Charges for EU countries:
The standard shipping charge for orders under £50.00 is £5.50. This service is not tracked and signed.
The shipping charge for orders under £50.00 that ARE tracked and signed is £6.50
The shipping charge for orders over £50.00 is £5.50 and all these orders will be sent tracked and signed
While most orders will arrive within 5 days, please allow 5-7 working days for your order to arrive.
